The room was practically equipped and comfortable for a solo traveller. The staff of front desk Mr Rizal was professional, patience and accommodating. He was approached by several customers while handling my check-in but he managed it well. Room service staff who is an Indonesian guy also polite and helpful. My laundry was returned on time.
